Bonjour à vous tous! Le mois d'août est pleinement commencé et déjà la luminosité change et me rappelle le retour en classe. Hello all, August is in full swing, and already the light is changing, reminding me that the beginning of classes is once again upon us.

Je n'ai pas été très présente sur mon blog les derniers jours ayant été très occupée par ma nouvelle fonction de mère par subtitution de Maria de Finlande et un petit voyage à RimouskiI haven't been very present on my blog, the last few days having been crazy busy what with assuming my new status as substitute mother for Finland exchange student Maria, as well as a short outing to Rimouski.

Le vrai travail est toujours là. Pour ceux qui ne le savent pas, je suis conseilière au ministère du Conseil exécutif du gouvernement du Québec. C'est la rentrée pour tout le monde avec toute l'effervescence que cela apporte. My (real) job is still there waiting for me, mind you. For those of you who didn't know this yet, i work as an adviser for the board of the executive goverment here in Quebec. It is "back to school/ work" for everyone, in all its effervescent glory.

Aujourd'hui je vous montre à nouveau mon granny bag. Que pensez vous de sa petite frange? Today, I once again share with you my newly improved Granny Bag. What do you think of its little fringe?

Pour ceux qui veulent des nouvelles de Mathieu, il va bien, a vu et mangé du kangourou, a vu les koalas et va faire du ski! Mathieu as-tu autre chose à rajouter? Now, for those of you who would like to hear from Mathieu, he's doing fine, has seen (and ate!) a Kangaroo, as well as paid his respects to the Koalas and he skies. Something to add, Mathieu?
